Go to http://www.YouTube.com
Create a new account at YouTube. The best username for your account would be your main keyword phrase.
Click the upload button and you will be allowed to browse your file to locate your video. The upload could take a few minutes depending upon how long your video is.
While the video is uploading you can fill out the required information about your video.
The title should contain your main keyword phrase.
Start off your description with your URL , and be sure to use the http:// protocol. This will insure that you have a backlink to your blog.
The description should also be keyword rich.
Once your video is uploaded, take the URL and enter it into http://www.Pingler.com
Submit you videos to other video sharing sites as well.
There are two services that you can use that will allow you to submit to many video sites with one submission.
Http://www.TubeMogal.com is free.
We recommend Traffic Geyser which is a paid membership site, however it is very powerful and when you start seeing profits it is well worth the investment.
We recommend that you always submit your video to YouTube first and even if you use TubeMogal or Traffic Geyser you will still want to upload to your YouTube channel separately.
Great extra videos and information. I do have a couple of questions. I saw that you uploaded your mp4 Animoto video to Youtube. Where did you get that mp4 file from? I looked on Animoto and couldn’t find it. Do you have to be upgraded to receive it? Also, how long does it take for backlinks to show to start helping your site? I have a few links now but know that I have done a lot more. And for my last question, should I ping every new page/category I create on my site? As always, thank you for this series, patience and helping out the “average” newbie! It is very appreciated!
1) I will make a video that will explain that download from Animoto and upload to You Tube process.
2) Backlinks can take some time to show up in the indexing process, so that is why we suggest to ping pages that you place backlinks on. It should speed up the process.
3) Ping content that you create anywhere on the Internet. Also ping blog posts and pages where you are leaving backlinks. You do not have to worry too much about pinging blog posts on your blog because we have the CBnet Ping Optimizer plugin installed on our blogs. That should do the trick.

Thank you for the information. I did find where I can just upload the video directly from Animoto. So that worked and my video is in the 5th spot for the search of heated blankets. But I will be on the lookout for more videos! Thanks again for all of the wonderful work your doing here!
